What to expect at a sensual or tantra massage

A sensual or tantra massage is a slow, full-body bodywork session with warm oil, breath work and an explicit boundary: it is sensual, never a sexual service. You'll agree on the session and boundary beforehand, undress to your comfort, and can pause or stop at any point.

Before the session

You choose the session length and, on Rasa, the practitioner and their gender. You'll see the price in euros before you make contact, and the standardized boundary declaration tells you exactly what is and isn't included.

Good practitioners begin with a short conversation about what you're comfortable with. Nothing proceeds without your consent, and you set the pace.

During the session

Expect a calm room, warm oil and unhurried, full-body touch, often with breath work to help you relax. Tantra sessions may include energy and breathing practices alongside the massage.

You remain in control throughout. You can adjust pressure, pause, or end the session at any time. The boundary — no sexual services — holds on both sides for the whole session.

Frequently asked

Do I have to be fully undressed?
Only to your comfort. You decide how much you undress, and you can keep underwear on.
Is there a sexual element?
No. Rasa listings are sensual and tantric bodywork within an explicit boundary: no sexual services and no intercourse.
What if I feel uncomfortable?
You can pause or stop at any time, for any reason. A good practitioner will expect and respect that.
